Return & Refund Policy

Our Policy We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rootinekids.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please email hello@rootinekids.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
